Everyday breakfast





























I'm really not a morning or a breakfast person. I just don't feel like I can eat in the mornings, but if I don't eat I will be so hungry in school that I can't keep focus and my day end up with me being hungry and in a bad mood. See my problem?

So this year one of my new years resolutions is to eat a better breakfast, so I have something to start my day with and be ready for school! So last week I challenged myself to eat breakfast everyday and this is now what I eat everyday (yoghurt with muslï and sometimes berries). And to make it more fun to eat I had to do it in a different way the whole week, and this is how it ended up being. And Saturday i treated myself and brought it to bed and was watching youtube and worked on a blogpost, a perfect morning. I know there only is 6 pictures, but Sunday i normally don't eat a lot for breakfast because the first thing I want to do is to go running, and I feel like I can't run if my stomach if full of food. Instead I eat a yummy lunch.
My advice to you is to eat breakfast everyday so you can keep focus on whatever you're doing that day. Wake up, make a nice breakfast and decide that this is going to be a nice day.
