What you will need:
1 dl oatmeal
1 dl sesame seeds
1 dl linseeds
1 dl sunflower seeds
1 dl pumpkin seeds
3 1/2 dl wheat flour
1 teaspoon bakingpowder
3 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 dl oil
2 dl water
What to do:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2. Put the mixed mixture on a baking pan with baking paper, and put baking paper on top
3. Use a rolling pin to get it in a thin layer
4. Cut the thin layer into little squares
5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees celsius in 15-20 minutes
On such a grey Monday, this is a good helthier snack to enjoy on the sofa with a nice cup of tea!
