YUM! I just had the best summer lunch! I have been traveling a lot and havn't really been home (which explains the lack of posts) and I will soon leave again (And not post that much again, but don't worry I have planned a lot of cool stuff for when I'm back!). So I thought I would just have some "me-time" and make a good lunch, and do something that I would like to do. Just be myself before I'm on holiday and with lots of people again. And I just bought these cute jars in Sweden, so I thought I would fill them with a good summer smoothie! - And so I did!
Recipe:
150 g of frozen berries
(whatever you'd like. I had a bag of mixed berrys; strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, currants ect.)
2 dl of yoghurt
(I just used what we had, but maybe not use one with taste of fruits like i did. A natural or vanilla flavour would be best)
a little bit of a sweetener
( I used vanilla, but you can also use icing sugar)
