The muffins ended up being so so tasty and delicious. They tasted like normal chcolate muffins, but the big difference: There is no sugar added to this! The sweetness comes from the bananas and dates - end you can't even tell its not sugar!

1 carrot
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

1 dl cocunut flakes

Whip the eggs- Blend the nuts, dates, bananas and carrot and mix it with the eggs. Then add cinnamon, baking powder, oil, cocunut flakes and cocoa.
Put the doug to muffintins and make them in the oven in 160 degrees celcius in 15-20 minutes.
