Ingredients:
3 dl. flour1 dl brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons of bakingpowder
2 eggs
100 g carrot
1 dl oil
1 dl milk
Topping:
200 g cream cheese100 butter
2 dl. icing sugar
How to:
1: Blend flour, brown sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and baking powder. Add eggs, carrot, oil and milk un mix it all to a thin dough
2: Put it into cupcakes (about 16) and bake them in the oven for abpot 16 minutes
3: blend creme cheese, butter and icing sugar and put it on top of the cooled cakes. Decorate with charamel shoelaces and sugar eggs. You could also make the nest out of chocolate crunch!
