Birthday Brownie

I promise you - you will not regret trying out this recipe! It is absolutely delicious and my birthday was an appropriate event to bake them for!
Here is what you need:

Ingridients:

150 g of butter
200 g of dark chocolate
3 eggs
200 g os sugar
100 g of flour
200 g of nougat
100 g of hazelnuts
150 g of chocolate chunks
(if you want to you can add 100 g of marzipan, but I didn't do this step because I don't like it)

How to:

1. Melt the butter in a casserole, then add the chocolate and melt it while you mix it well
2. Whip eggs and sugar until it gets a light and fluffy look
3. Sieve the flour into the mixture of eggs and sugar, and mix it together with the melted butter and chocolate
4. cut the nougat into little squares (also do the marzipan if you decide to add that) and turn it around carefully in the dough. Also add the hazelnuts (you can add these the way they are or cut them over in half)
5. Add the dough to a baking tin (around 18 x 25 centimeter) and bake it in the oven at 150 degrees celcious in about 25 minutes.

Nice to know:

You can save the cake for a week if you keep it in the fridge! You can also freeze the cake in your freezer if you want to save it for another time.

Until next time,
