But I personally like these two ways the most:
1: Mashed avocado with salt, pepper and lemon, with salamon on top in a sandwich

But I also like trying new things out with my avocado, because you can use it in so many ways and get so many different tastes and experiences out of it. I like to use this photo I've found on the internet as an inspiration:
