Now that the weather has been better, I finally got my running shoes out again. I've been running for over a year now, and I try to do it regularly, wit 2 - 3 times a week. It's only when I'm on holiday in the summer it gets a littler harder, and when there is snow outside. So when I can't run, I will find other ways to keep myself going.
Running can be nice, but trust me, when I first started i had no fitness skill and could not run for a long time. Now I run 4 kilometers, twice a week. But all can learn to run, and I will be sharing the way I learned to run and how I built up myself to it.
The good thing about running is you can do it exactly when you want to, it is not a specific time you have to do it, you can do it when it fit into your day.
With this schedule I built up my confidence, that I could do it. It is just starting in the small. I want to shared the schedule with you, it is a 10 week thing that built you up to running.
