A day in June

This Tuesday (the 7th of June) my mother and I went for a little girly shopping day. We don't get to spend much time together, so sometimes we both take a day off and spend it together by going somewhere new. This time we went to Roskilde, a bigger city than where we life, but yet not so big and overwhelming as Copenhagen.

I got a few good items (that you will see next week in a haul on my YouTube channel) but most important: I got to spend time with my mother. I love that we just take ou "mother/daughter-day", and I'm actually okay with the fact that we don't do it too often; then it is just a little more special when we do it.

Roskilde is a beautiful city, and I've only seen a few places around there, but it is definitely a city I would love to go on an adventure in. There is cute cafés and second hans shops (where I saw a cool pair of (cheap)Tommy Hilfiger sandals!) and cute flower shops everywhere.

If you don't like the bustle of Copenhagen (or just big cities in general), you should look at Roskilde; a lovely city with view over the sea. And remember to spend cuality time with your loved once, even if it is not often; then it's important to do it anyway.

Until next time,
