Healthy Snack idea #2

Summer is almost here, we can feel it in the weather. This snack idea has been my favourite lately! When I get home from school, after I've been sitting in a hot classroom, I've been loving this icecream to cool down and focus again.

What I do:
All i do is that I always keep 2 frozen bananas in the freezer (let them be in the freezer at least 24 hours before use)
Blend the 2 frozen bananas with water (be careful with water, it's what will make the consistency) and I often also blend in some peanutbutter and some cinnamon. (if you're vegan or so, you can also add in other powders you normally use)
Then when it is blenden in the consistency i want, i top it of with cinnamon and some berries and nuts!
