This Friday i FINALLY handed in my DHO (Danish/history assignment) after I've been working on that non-stop since Monday.
While I had a deadline on 5 days to write 6-8 pages on the period 1800-1870 in the danish history, I didn't want to waste any time, so I did the easiest snacks that I could eat while I sat by my computer typing, typing, typing...
Hummus is my new love! It is super easy to make and I use it for a dip for carrots and cucumber - that way I get my vegetables in a healthy way! You can also toast some bread and put it on the bread.
Hummus is high on protein and will therfore feel more filling than just the vegetables. Here is how you do it quick and easy:
2 cloves garlic
250 g chickpeas
1-2 tablespoons of ground cumin
2 tablesppons of olive oil
the juice form 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Then just blend! And it's ready to enjoy!
