I have the whole summer tried to find the perfect recipe for an ice coffee and the other day was the best I have done in a long time, so I though I would share it with you.
We had made way too much coffee, so we putted it in the fridge to cool of. When it was cold, we poured in some icecream (the Cheasy vanilla and cappuccino - shown on picture) and let it melt in it together wit 2 teaspoons of sugar.
When the icecream was melted we served it with extra milk and icecubes - enjoy!
