Remember I talked about I went luberry picking in Sweden? Well I did, and you can read it HERE.
And as I promised I will show you what else I used the bluberries for, not only for my breakfast.
We had some Swedish friends over one evening, and of course we needed icecream for dessert. But vanilla icecream is a little boring on its own - still good but could need some help. So we took half of the bluberries, mixed them with sugar and water in a casserole/sauce pan (whatever you call it in your county) and just stir together until it gets this jelly consistency.
I know I don't really have any precisely measure for the sugar and water, but you will definitely find out, not too much, not too little, and not a too watery consistency.
