Nyhavn in Copenhagen is a beautiful old harbor filled with colours, and on a beautiful sunny day in July, a friend and I decided to go there and catch up.
We hadn't seen each other for over a year, and I was a little nervous about how it would go, but everything went just fine, and after a few hours the year without each other was filled up with all the talking, colours of Nyhavn, all the different people walking around there and all the artist painting the surrounding.
So there is two things to say in this post: 1) if you're in Copenhagen, take a stroll down Nyhavn with an icecream in you hand (no matter the weather, this part of the city is always colourful and warm). And 2) if you haven't seen an old friend in a long time, you should not be scared to take the contact and meet up. This day in Nyhavn have given me a new, yet old, friendship back.
Until next time,
x Sofie
