This snack idea was inspired by healthybyhuda on Instagram and then I just gave i my own twist!
What you will need:
2/3 cups of almonds
1 and half cup of dates
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1-2 teaspoons of water og almond milk
Peanuts, sesame seeds or whatever you would like for your "topping"
What you should do:
Blend your almonds until fine (or whatever how many chunks of almonds you would want in your dough)
Then blend it with the rest of the ingredients. I did them all at one time, and it took me forever to get it all blended well, so maybe do a little at a time.
When it's a dough you would like for a consistency (how many almonds chunks ect.. you would like) your form it into little balls.
Roll the balls in chopped peanuts. I used salted peanuts which gave it a taste of Snickers Bar. I will the next time try out roasted sesame seeds! You could also use coconut flakes or anything else you like!
